THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you organised, hands-on and someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Stock Team Operative to join our Operations team and play an important role in keeping our warehouse moving.
Reporting to the Stock Supervisor, you’ll make an impact by ensuring our stock is received, checked, moved and stored accurately throughout the warehouse. From managing inventory movements and completing quality checks to replenishing stock and supporting with incoming deliveries, you’ll help make sure our physical stock and warehouse management system are always aligned.
You’ll also get involved in supporting our trade shows, helping to organise products, build displays and manage stock before and after each event.

You will be based at our Head Quarters in Mooresville, North Carolina 3 days a week on average, flexing up to full weeks based on business needs with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week. You will be actively participating in shows and events, meaning travel is required for this role.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Developing a full understanding of all inventory-related functions within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Accurately receiving inbound shipments, generating tub labels and ensuring stock counts and carton labelling are correct.
Completing INBSHIP lists and communicating any issues to the Stock Supervisor.
Moving products accurately through the WMS and ensuring physical stock movements match system movements.
Handling our products with care and ensuring stock is stored neatly and correctly throughout the warehouse.
Keeping transit locations clear and ensuring no stock is left behind following movements.
Supporting with the unloading, labelling and movement of stock when containers are received.
Carrying out Quality Control checks, including physically inspecting products and moving stock into and out of quarantine as directed by the Stock Supervisor.
Completing stock checks and responding to stock queries across all areas of the warehouse.
Carrying out regular inventory checks and ensuring reported stock counts are accurate.
Completing daily stock replenishment, moving required products from overstock locations to pick faces.
Organising products and equipment required for trade shows.
Building displays and supporting with trade show set-ups when required.
Sorting products, displays and equipment returned from trade shows, ensuring items are returned to stock, stored appropriately for future shows or disposed of where required.
Removing cardboard and waste from the warehouse on a weekly basis.
Operating the floor sweeper to help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Training to safely operate the “Big Joe” lift.
Completing weekly maintenance and daily inspections of the “Big Joe” lift, including charging and battery maintenance, and reporting any issues immediately.
Supporting the Stock Supervisor with wider stock-related activities.
Supporting the Production team with picking, packing and shipping wholesale orders when required.
Getting stuck into other tasks across the warehouse to support the team and wider business when needed.
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
Intermediate computer literacy and confidence learning warehouse systems.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A strong eye for detail and commitment to stock accuracy.
A practical, hands-on approach with a working knowledge of hand and power tools.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to support the team.
A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a busy team.
Ability to adapt quickly and recognise when tasks need to be prioritised.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile warehouse environment.
Ability to safely move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to train on and safely operate warehouse equipment.
Flexibility and willingness to travel and support trade show set-ups when required.
