THE OPPORTUNITY
As AI Architect, you’ll play a key role in developing our AI capability and helping us make the most of emerging technologies across the business. You’ll own our AI roadmap, governance and adoption framework, working closely with the Head of IT & Systems, Directors and teams across the business to identify opportunities where AI can make a real difference.
You’ll make an impact by turning AI opportunities into practical, secure and commercially valuable solutions that improve productivity, automate processes and support better decision-making. You’ll help the business understand where AI can add genuine value, while ensuring its use is responsible, governed and aligned with our wider systems strategy.
This is a hands-on and collaborative role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with practical solution design. You’ll identify opportunities, build and test AI solutions, support adoption and help teams embed new ways of working. You’ll also play an important role in shaping how we use AI responsibly, creating clear standards, guidance and training to ensure our teams can use approved AI tools confidently and effectively.
If you enjoy exploring what AI can do, finding new ways to improve how we work and turning ideas into practical solutions, this could be the perfect role for you. If you’re someone who enjoys working with different teams, spotting opportunities and balancing innovation with what will genuinely add value to the business, we’d love to hear from you.
The role is Monday – Friday 9am–5pm. You’ll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
You'll be able to work from home x days per week.

Joma Jewellery was founded in 2008 by Katie and Geoff Loxton, since then we have gone from strength to strength, launching Katie Loxton in 2015 and growing our business beyond the UK. We know that part of that growth comes from the fact that we take diversity and inclusion very seriously. We strive to be the best in our field, and we know that happens by hiring a diverse team and encouraging everyone to be their authentic selves when working with us. We don’t hire based on cultures, preferences, or personalities – it’s what you bring to the team that counts.
We are always striving to improve our way of working to be more inclusive, diverse and equal, including encouraging all team members to bring their ideas to the table as we know this is key to our continued success.
