For many of our UK office positions, we proudly offer hybrid working with Mondays and Fridays as home-working days Tuesday to Thursday, we warmly welcome our teams to join us in our beautiful office space. It’s the perfect setting to connect with colleagues, spark those magical bright idea moments and enjoy the special camaraderie that comes from being together.
Meanwhile, in our US Head Quarters, our teams typically enjoy the buzz of the office five days per week. However, we embrace hybrid working for many of our US office positions, offering the flexibility to work from home one day each week. It’s all about finding the perfect balance, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally.

For most of the year, our UK Warehouse teams’ shift times are in sociable hours within the operating window of 6am to 6pm. During our peak periods we are open on weekends and extend our operating window until late, there is also usually the opportunity to take up overtime to ensure our customers receive their orders on time.
During the majority of the year, our US Warehouse teams work 9-5 however during peak periods we ask for flexibility to be available between 8am and 6pm to support the operation.

Sporting a yellow high-vis and safety shoes, our Warehouse teams can wear whatever they feel comfortable in whilst remaining considerate of appropriate clothing that aids the health and safety of themselves and others.

Our UK Head Office is based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. For those driving, we offer free parking onsite. Banbury station is around a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute bike ride. There are also direct bus links from the town centre (just a 5 minute walk from the train station) to directly opposite our site.
Our US Head Quarters can be found in Mooresville, North Carolina where we also provide ample free parking.
